The shop is the email. You choose small goods, we pack them in Doncaster, and a carrier takes the parcel. There is no counter of stock for you to pick through.

Bars of soap and similar light household pieces people reorder when they run out.
How to describe a piece
Say what it is and, if it matters, the colour or size. “Black over-ear headphones” is clearer than “the usual ones”. “Four notebooks, mixed covers” is enough if you do not mind the patterns.
We confirm the exact pieces before we pack. A substitute only goes in the box if you have agreed to it.
One parcel, a few lines
Most orders are two to six small items. They share one label and one postage cost. Adding a heavy extra can change the postage, so we quote again if the list grows.
UK addresses only. Include the postcode in the first email or the quote will wait.
A usual order
Someone emails for two notebooks and a bar of soap, to a Doncaster postcode. We reply the same weekday with the postage. They accept. The three pieces are wrapped so the soap does not mark the paper, and the parcel goes out on the next collection.
A gift to another town works the same way. The name on the label is the one you write, and we do not add a note inside unless you ask for a line of text.
What stays off the list
Large household kit, bulk cases for a shop, and anything that needs two people to lift. Petty Things posts small goods. If the request is really a wholesale order, we will say it does not fit this desk.
